By accessing and using Photocard AI, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.
Photocard AI is an AI-powered service that transforms your photos into fan-made, K-pop-inspired photocard designs. You upload a photo, and we generate stylized card images for personal creative use.

Pricing: The annual plan is $99 with 100 HD image generations issued each month, the non-renewing one-month pass is $14.90 for 100 HD image generations, the auto-renewing monthly subscription is $9.90 for 100 HD image generations each month, and the one-time $9.90 pack includes 50 HD image generations that do not expire. All prices are in USD unless checkout states otherwise.
Payment Processing: For purchases completed through Subotiz Checkout, Subotiz acts as the merchant of record and authorized reseller. Subotiz and its payment partners process payments, subscriptions, billing management, applicable transaction taxes, and approved refunds. Photocard AI does not receive or store your complete card number. Entitlements are issued only after a verified Subotiz webhook.
Subotiz Buyer Terms: Before entering Subotiz Checkout, you must review and expressly accept the Subotiz Terms of Sales for Buyers. By continuing to Subotiz Checkout and completing a purchase, you agree that your purchase is also governed by those buyer terms. These Terms continue to govern your license to and use of Photocard AI.
Refunds: Due to the digital nature of our service, refunds are generally not available once purchased HD image generations have been used, except where applicable law requires otherwise. If you experience technical issues preventing you from using a purchase or believe you were charged more than once, contact us at hello@photocard.ai within 7 days of purchase. Refund requests are reviewed under our Refund Policy, the Subotiz buyer terms, and applicable law. Any approved refund for a Subotiz purchase is issued by Subotiz to the original payment method.
Pulls: A pull is reserved when generation starts. Preview Pulls are captured after the clean low-resolution preview is delivered. HD Pulls are captured only after the native-4K file passes storage, dimension, and content-safety checks. Failed or timed-out jobs release the applicable reservation; if only the HD stage fails, the completed Preview remains available. Annual and auto-renewing monthly subscription pulls follow their monthly validity period, Monthly Pass pulls expire after 32 days, and one-time 50 Image Pack pulls do not expire.
Your Photos: You retain all rights to photos you upload. We do not claim ownership of your original images.
Generated Images: You own the generated photocard images and may use them for personal purposes (social media, avatars, etc.). Commercial use may require additional licensing.
Our Service: The Photocard AI platform, technology, and design are our intellectual property.
Community is optional. When you submit a card, you confirm that you own the source photo or have the subject's permission to display the clean low-resolution result publicly. You grant Photocard.ai a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, resize, and display that result and your chosen public profile fields solely to operate and promote Community while the submission remains active.
A share link and a Community listing are separate. Community submissions are listed immediately, may be reported, and may later be removed under our Acceptable Use and Copyright policies. You can withdraw a Community listing; withdrawal does not automatically disable a share link you separately enabled.
We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee 100% uptime. We may temporarily suspend service for maintenance or updates. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.
Photocard AI is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for:

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, including their formation, validity, interpretation, performance, breach, or termination, are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China as applied in Mainland China, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Solely for purposes of this section, references to the laws of the People's Republic of China do not include the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, the Macao Special Administrative Region, or the Taiwan region.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any mandatory rights or remedies available to consumers under applicable law.
We encourage you to contact us first at hello@photocard.ai so that we can try to resolve a concern in good faith. Subject to any mandatory consumer rights, an unresolved dispute shall be submitted to a People's Court of the People's Republic of China having jurisdiction under applicable procedural law. This paragraph does not prevent either party from seeking urgent relief or taking action before a legal deadline expires.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
